Craniosacral Therapy (sometimes called "Cranial Sacral Therapy) is an exceptionally gentle yet extremely powerful therapy which can enable the profoundly effective treatment of a wide range of conditions from colic and learning difficulties, to migraine and back pain. The physical body has three rhythms:

The Breath Rhythm
The Cranial Rhythm
The Cranial Rhythm is the first indication of life at the point of conception and the last flicker of life after physical death or passing on. The Cranial Rhythm flows throughout the physical form via fascia, which encapsulates every muscle, bone, organ, artery, vein, etc. throughout the entire body.
The Cranial Rhythm overseas or co-ordinates the entire physical body. Therefore, when the physical body suffers an injury or trauma, that event will hinder, or affect in some way, the Cranial Rhythm.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy aids in recovery from back and neck pain, dislocation, hyper and hyperactivity, muscular strains, eye strain and a whole host of physical aches and pains.
