What to Expect
One of the most fun and exciting things to do at Navy Pier is the Ferris wheel. You can climb up to a high point on the wheel and get an amazing view of Chicago! If you want to see different parts of the city, you can hop off the wheel and walk around. Another fun activity is going on a boat tour with Navy Pier Adventures. Tours last around 2 hours, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy what’s in store for you. You should also spend some time browsing through some of the shops on the pier. There are over 200 shops on site selling everything from jewelry and art to clothing and souvenirs. Just take your time looking through all the options, because there will be something for everyone! The pier’s food options aren’t limited either; there are more than a dozen restaurants available for your dining pleasure. Choose from anything from pizza to seafood or even a steakhouse! I would recommend starting with drinks at one of several bars before visiting one of the many restaurants that await you at Navy Pier.

Food and Drink
Navy Pier’s food and drink options include plenty of different cuisines. You’ll find a wide variety of restaurants here, from Mexican to sushi, Japanese to Mediterranean cuisine. There are also many stands that sell food and drinks that you can pick up on your way through the amusement area.
Navy Pier is a family-friendly destination, so if you are looking for something exciting, you should hit up one of the many attractions on the pier. The Entertainment Plaza contains two major attractions that you can experience: Sea Life Aquarium and Chicago Children’s Museum. Sea Life Aquarium features a variety of different marine animals that are native to Chicago. Some of these animals include sharks, octopuses, stingrays, seahorses, sea turtles and much more! In addition to marine life exhibits, the aquarium has a touch tank where children and adults can get up close with sea creatures without worrying about getting too close or having their fingers bitten off in return! The Chicago Children’s Museum offers interactive exhibits for kids ages 0-12. This museum is great because it’s hands-on learning at its best! Kids will have fun finding clues in the museum to help solve a mystery and learn about some real life science experiments too!
Navy Pier is located in Chicago, Illinois and is a great place to stay. If you want to stay close by but still have plenty of things to do, there are hotels in the area. The Hilton hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be close by and want access to some of the best attractions. Another option that many people choose is the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers, located just steps away from Navy Pier. You can also consider staying at an Airbnb near the pier or other accommodations that are closer to the attractions available on Navy Pier.
If you’re looking for accommodations near the pier, there are plenty of options that are within a few minutes of the pier. The best part is, they’re all affordable and will keep you right in the heart of the city! Some of these include the Hyatt Regency Chicago, Millennium Hotel Chicago, Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O’Hare Airport/Navy Pier, and the Doubletree O’Hare.
