Massage by Design prefers payment via ACH or eCheck. If you received an invoice, the Pay Now option handles eCheck and credit card directly. To set up ACH, download the authorization form below.
To pay by ACH, download and complete the MBD ACH Authorization Form and return it to your coordinator. The form includes the banking details needed to set up the transfer on your end.
Download ACH Authorization Form ↓To pay by eCheck, go to your invoice, select Review and Pay, click Pay Now, and enter your banking information. No form download required.
Credit card payment is available through the Pay Now option on your invoice. A 3.15% processing fee is added to all invoices paid by credit card.
Checks must be sent via a verified delivery method: UPS, FedEx, or Certified Mail. Do not send checks via standard USPS mail.
